About the role

  • Research and secure housing options for blitz trips, book flights using cash and/or points and plan travel logistics and find cost-effective deals
  • Manage the majority of bookkeeping tasks using **QuickBooks Online**
  • perform weekly manual payroll reviews to ensure accuracy and maintain organized financial records and flag discrepancies
  • Assist with onboarding new sales reps
  • Conduct research and report findings as requested
  • Communicate with partner companies and internal reps to keep alignment
  • Maintain a daily blitz performance tracking spreadsheet (sales by rep)
  • Manage and update a master contact list as a central point of reference
  • Join Zoom calls when needed
  • Take detailed notes and summarize key takeaways
  • Occasionally attend calls on behalf of the team and report back
  • Participate in group chats to help keep communication organized

Requirements

  • Experience in an **Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar support role**
  • **Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online**
  • High attention to detail, especially with financial and payroll-related tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to handle shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
  • **Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours requests and weekend tasks**
