About the role
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to our services
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback
- Monitor client progress and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate regular check-ins to review client goals and outcomes, ensuring alignment with our services
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer success and retention
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay client insights and improve service offerings
Requirements
- Experienced in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proactive problem solver who thrives on helping clients achieve their goals
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles, ideally in the tech or service industries
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding clients and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong ability to analyze client feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success software is a plus
- Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with tools that enhance remote collaboration
- Background in consulting or training roles
