About the role

Requirements

  • Proactive problem solver who thrives on helping clients achieve their goals
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles, ideally in the tech or service industries
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding clients and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong ability to analyze client feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success software is a plus
  • Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with tools that enhance remote collaboration
  • Background in consulting or training roles
