About the role
- **Key Responsibilities**
- - Organize, manage, and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules
- - Coordinate and track marketing campaigns across platforms to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- - Hold the Video Editor and Social Media Specialist accountable for assigned tasks, timelines, and quality standards
- - Monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and report status updates to the department lead
- - Work directly with clients to coordinate review/testimonial videos and photography, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups
- - Assist with planning and ordering company-branded materials and equipment (e.g., logo’d merchandise, forms, signage, supplies)
- - Coordinate branding needs for company events, including:
- o Meetings
- o Company anniversaries
- o Employee birthday celebrations
- - Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
- - Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks within the marketing department
Requirements
- **Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience coordinating social media schedules and marketing content
- Comfortable managing deadlines and following up with team members
- Excellent communication and accountability skills
- Attention to detail and brand consistency
- Prior experience in marketing coordination or administrative support is a plus
- **Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
