Requirements

  • Excellent English writing skills with strong grammar and storytelling ability
  • Proven experience writing YouTube or video-based content (portfolio required)
  • Ability to write **authentic, human content without AI tools**
  • Strong understanding of YouTube retention, pacing, and viewer psychology
  • Excellent research skills and ability to simplify complex topics
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Availability for **1–2 hours overlap with US EST timezone**
