Proven experience in video performance analysis to drive content strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team and guide junior staff.
Familiarity with motion graphics and sound design to enhance video content.
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, fitness, or consumer brands is a plus.
