About the role
- Work within our CRM (Dubsado) to track and manage new client inquiries (leads)
- Use our CRM to optimize and improve the client journey for existing clients
- Support project management and administrative coordination
- Perform light billing/invoicing and data entry (Quickbooks)
- Handle additional administrative and marketing tasks as needed
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness; which may include:
- Design and send monthly email newsletters to nurture our client base (via Brevo or similar)
- Update our website with monthly blogs, photos, and light technical edits (WordPress)
- Plan, manage, and create content for social media (posts, reels, Google Business)
- SEO Updates (if able)**
Requirements
- Dubsado (or so proficient in a similar CRM/lead management tool that you can convince us to switch over)
- Brevo (or similar email marketing software)
- Canva (for content and newsletters)
- WordPress (basic updates; not full design)
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- ChatGPT (for writing and efficiency support)
- Quickbooks (basic billing support)
- Social Media platforms and Google Business Profile
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience creating strategic marketing plans for growth and scaling
- Knowledge of SEO and how to help our website rank better on Google
- Experience creating, running, and managing Google/Facebook Ads
- Expertise in web design or development
