About the role

  • Confident communication with consumers primarily from Romania via telephone, email, chat, and letter, especially in Romanian language, as well as solution-oriented and competent handling of their concerns.
  • Efficient processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems.
  • Close collaboration with colleagues in the Collection Team and with other departments.
  • Collecting feedback from clients and consumers and thereby supporting the improvement of technology and services.

Requirements

  • Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Romanian and very good English skills (written and spoken), Polish language skills are a plus.
  • First relevant experience in B2C customer service, ideally with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
  • Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.
  • Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
