About the role
- Set and evolve the vision for paid media with a focus on presale strategy
- Lead the development of media strategies and narratives for campaigns
- Act as the senior voice of media in client presentations and pitches
- Oversee external agency partners to ensure quality and performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of media professionals
- Own the media department budget and partner with Finance for forecasting
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across major platforms
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or creator marketing
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Direct, hands-on experience across major paid social platforms
- Deep understanding of media strategy, optimization, and performance drivers
- Experience managing large media budgets and driving business outcomes
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level
- Strong communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Highly organized and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
