About the role
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, email campaigns, and other outreach methods
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, strategic proposal development, negotiation, execution, and renewal
- Drive revenue growth by nurturing relationships with brands and agencies, expanding existing accounts, and securing new business within identified vertical(s)
- Craft tailored creator marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams
- Advocate for client needs internally while navigating a fast-changing environment
- Stay ahead of industry and platform trends
- Operate with strong process orientation
- Thrive in a remote-first environment while managing required travel (approx. 30%)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in digital, social, or creator marketing
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, with demonstrated success in revenue growth
- Personal network of influencer/social platform buyers is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of measurement across organic and paid media
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Google Suite is a plus
