About the role
- Active sourcing for international roles as well as positions within Germany
- Handling incoming applications
- Managing the entire recruiting process: from job posting to the final hiring process
- Conducting initial interviews independently and assessing candidates
- Structured communication with candidates and close coordination with management
- Supporting meetings with executive management in the context of international expansion
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
- Structured, reliable, and meticulous work style
- Analytical mindset and the ability to identify and proactively recommend suitable candidates
- Enjoy working with people and enthusiasm for international growth
