  • Active sourcing for international roles as well as positions within Germany
  • Handling incoming applications
  • Managing the entire recruiting process: from job posting to the final hiring process
  • Conducting initial interviews independently and assessing candidates
  • Structured communication with candidates and close coordination with management

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
