About the role

  • Improve communication with our tax advisor and reduce information loss in accounting
  • Prepare and deliver up-to-date BWA (management) reports for the executive team
  • Build and further develop reporting and budgeting for improved corporate governance
  • Increase overall efficiency and ensure a functioning, forward-looking finance organization
  • Optimize finance compliance
  • Integrate and implement the new Sage Intacct system
  • Lead the accounting team and ensure smooth operations
  • Provide current financial data for existing countries and support the integration of additional locations
  • Assist with the reconciliation of open items and payment agreements
  • Contribute to the setup of new sites

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in financial leadership or accounting
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on sustainable process optimization
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to work into operational details
  • Reliability and proven experience—professionally and personally—to act as a trusted contact for the team and clients
  • Ability to think strategically and execute pragmatically
  • Willingness to assume operational responsibility
  • Business-fluent English
  • French skills are an advantage (but not required)
