About the role
- Active sourcing for international roles (e.g., Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland)
- Handling incoming applications from international markets
- Managing the entire recruiting process: from job posting to the final hiring stage
- Independently conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates
- Maintaining structured communication with candidates and close coordination with management
- Supporting meetings with executive management as part of international expansion
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment
- Business-fluent English, spoken and written
- French language skills are a plus
- Comfort interacting with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work style
- Analytical understanding and the ability to identify and proactively recommend suitable candidates
- Enjoyment of working with people and enthusiasm for international growth
