About the role

  • Provide L2 and L3 technical support for Windows Server and Active Directory in critical production environments on-premises (VMware) and in the cloud (Azure and AWS)
  • Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, including performing root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Support environment upgrade and modernization processes
  • Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams
  • Use observability and monitoring tools to analyze resource usage and performance
  • Contribute to operational automation and server provisioning
  • Respond to critical incidents, ensuring environment stability
  • Participate in on-call rotations, potentially covering night shifts and weekends as operationally required

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft environments, including Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Windows, Azure, and AWS stacks
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting production environments
  • Experience with SCCM and Tanium, supporting their administration, automation, and integration with the Windows ecosystem
  • Knowledge of observability tools such as:
  • Prometheus
  • Dynatrace, Datadog, or similar
  • Experience or knowledge in automation, including Ansible, Terraform, Tanium, and SCCM
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
