About the role
- Work on the Organization's strategic projects, focusing on business transformation and seeking efficiency and improvement of operational models to drive results
- Map the current situation, analyze and diagnose gaps, and lead working groups to propose innovative solutions
- Ensure project delivery with excellence, financial rationale, and quality based on the satisfaction of our internal clients
- Participate in problem framing and resolution using robust analyses, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data
- Identify business development and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations
- Analyze and develop statistics, KPIs, and portfolio reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- At least 1 year of experience working on projects related to efficiency, automation, and/or transformation
- Intermediate Excel (preferably with formulas, conditional formatting, PivotTables, advanced charts)
- PowerPoint (presentation structuring)
- Knowledge of banking products and processes is desirable
- Familiarity with methodologies is desirable
- Knowledge of data/analytics tools
