About the role
- Participate in the Organization's strategic projects, focusing on business transformation and pursuing efficiency and improvement of operational models to boost results
- Map the current state, analyze and diagnose gaps, and lead working groups to propose innovative solutions
- Ensure project delivery with excellence, financial discipline, and quality based on the satisfaction of our internal clients
- Work on problem framing and resolution, using robust analyses and both quantitative and qualitative data
- Identify opportunities for business development and improvements
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations
- Analyze and prepare statistics, KPIs, and portfolio reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience working on projects related to efficiency, automation, and/or transformation
- Intermediate Excel (preferably with knowledge of formulas, conditional formatting, PivotTables, and advanced charts)
- PowerPoint (presentation structuring)
- Availability for a hybrid work model (3 days in-office and 2 days remote)
- Knowledge of banking products and processes is desirable
- Familiarity with methodologies is desirable
- Knowledge of data/analytics tools
