About the role
- Lead relationships with a portfolio of major retailers, building consistent, long-term partnerships
- Act as the primary client contact, coordinating internal teams, tracking resolutions and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing trends, performance and opportunities for improvement
- Develop commercial campaigns and initiatives focused on growing TPV and achieving shared results
- Ensure a high-quality experience throughout the client journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing or prospecting large accounts
- Strong results orientation, especially on KPIs such as NPS, TPV and market share
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions
- Project management experience, ideally in implementations or continuous improvement
- Proactive, autonomous profile with a strong ownership mindset and ease working in agile environments
- Experience in retail, payments or e-commerce (a plus)
- Knowledge of digital sales funnels (a plus)
