About the role
- Acquire new clients for Paga PaaS products and take ownership of PaaS sales pipeline
- Identify growth opportunities and assist clients in discovering specific needs
- Work closely with the account management and business support team to follow up and nurture leads through effective communication
- Ensures smooth sales and post sales experience
- Manage relationships with SME prospects, understanding their specific business needs and pain points
- Present tailored solutions that meet the unique challenges of clients
- Take ownership of the sales cycle from qualification to contract signing
- Track trends and developments in targeted sectors, adapting sales strategies accordingly
- Ensure accurate tracking of deals within the sales pipeline and reports progress to the Sales Operation Manager
- Manage complex sales cycles for clients, working with multiple stakeholders to develop customized solutions
Requirements
- 3 years’ (min.) experience in a B2B Sales and merchant acquiring function
- Experience in selling technical products, comfortable discussing system integration via API, SDK, widget among others
- Strong negotiation skills
- Resourcefulness and self-motivation, with the ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Proactive to client matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to exhibit emotional intelligence
- Confidentiality and the highest ethical standards must be maintained in all activities
