About the role
- Prospect new leads (inbound and outbound)
- Make initial contact with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct exploratory conversations to understand pain points, needs, and business timing
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Record and update information in the CRM
- Monitor prospecting and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to continuously improve processes
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially by phone)
- Organized and disciplined in maintaining outreach routines
- Interest in sales, business, and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Workspace)
