About the role
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel in their duties
- Advise and partner with every team from across the business
- Lead the negotiation of bespoke customer agreements
- Maintain and improve contract templates and checklists
- Own the contract lifecycle management strategy
- Identify, interpret and analyze evolving regulations
- Collaborate with the Compliance function to counsel on regulatory issues
- Manage regulatory filings and registration requirements
- Assist in implementing the global data protection programme
- Support colleagues in resolving legal disputes
Requirements
- Around 4 years of legal experience
- About 2 years as an in-house lawyer
- Experience in consumer, FinTech, SaaS or related sectors
- Qualified in the UK, US, Canada, or another common law or European jurisdiction
