  • Own the design and implementation of Paddle’s GTM operating model
  • Lead a high-performing Deal Desk function
  • Manage the GTM technology stack and data architecture
  • Establish the global standard for forecasting and pipeline management disciplines
  • Lead GTM enablement strategy and execution
  • Own the management and delivery of high-impact GTM initiatives
  • Continuously audit and optimise existing ways of work
