About the role
- Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and CMO
- Own the design and implementation of Paddle’s GTM operating model
- Lead a high-performing Deal Desk function
- Manage the GTM technology stack and data architecture
- Establish the global standard for forecasting and pipeline management disciplines
- Lead GTM enablement strategy and execution
- Own the management and delivery of high-impact GTM initiatives
- Continuously audit and optimise existing ways of work
- Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer teams
