About the role
- Oversee and supervise the care of all the residents
- Provides direct resident/patient care
- Coordinates resident care and manages health services systems
- Collaborates with the management team on the move in of prospective residents
- Assess residents with reported changes of condition
- Ensures resident care needs are met by coordinating services with other professionals
Requirements
- Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with an LPN diploma
- Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain all required continuing education/licensing requirements at all times
- Nurse management experience preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and Point Click Care (PCC)
