About the role
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of the AIT in a Long-Term Facility.
- Assist in analyzing the various operations within a nursing facility.
- Act as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families and outside community.
- Compile and develop reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses.
- Monitor industry regulations, laws, compliance updates and make changes as appropriate.
- Assist in contract negotiations with vendors under the direction of the Preceptor.
- Participate in Advisory committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
