About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of several countries in agency corporate governance, agency performance management and agency commercial-related activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Agency Finance Controller on Financial matters of the Entities within your portfolio.
  • Plan and finalize annual budgets with active participation from agencies and HQ stakeholders.
  • Assist in project management of assigned M&A project.
  • Initiate collaboration with various Business Units/stakeholders in Principal office.
  • Lead the investigation and integrate stakeholders’ feedback and perspective into problem solving processes.
  • Assist in carrying out transformation initiatives/projects aligned with HQ directives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA) be advantageous
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in Corporate Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience
