About the role
- Manage a portfolio of several countries in agency corporate governance, agency performance management and agency commercial-related activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Agency Finance Controller on Financial matters of the Entities within your portfolio.
- Plan and finalize annual budgets with active participation from agencies and HQ stakeholders.
- Assist in project management of assigned M&A project.
- Initiate collaboration with various Business Units/stakeholders in Principal office.
- Lead the investigation and integrate stakeholders’ feedback and perspective into problem solving processes.
- Assist in carrying out transformation initiatives/projects aligned with HQ directives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA) be advantageous
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in Corporate Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience
