About the role
- Drive new business development while managing key customer accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Manage local and cross-trade shipments, coordinating closely with HQ and overseas agencies to drive commercial actions.
- Monitor and report on sales pipelines, business opportunities.
- Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Head of Sales / General Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Logistics or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in container/liner shipping, freight forwarding or related industry.
- Strong knowledge in container/liner shipping industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
