About the role

  • Drive new business development while managing key customer accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage local and cross-trade shipments, coordinating closely with HQ and overseas agencies to drive commercial actions.
  • Monitor and report on sales pipelines, business opportunities.
  • Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Head of Sales / General Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Logistics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in container/liner shipping, freight forwarding or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge in container/liner shipping industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
