Manages aspects of program implementation and operations
Ensures program is operating effectively
Supports program work that may include data management strategy, planning, and execution with minimal to no management oversight
Plans, manages and controls Risk Management, Quality Management, Data Management and Analysis, Metrics and Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Research, & Business Process Improvement, Project Management
Uses knowledge of engineering, quality, and mapping standards, business processes and related impacts to ensure asset data information is traceable, verifiable, accurate and complete to support several business applications or processes for data inquiries
Leads the identification, analysis, and mitigation of business risks associated with mapping and asset registry data
Suggests corrective and preventive mitigations utilizing quality methods such as Failure Mode, Effect Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
Supports the development of Project and Program Plans including but not limited to feasibility analysis, business case development, development of project scope, and provide recommendations on the alternative solutions, project strategy and deliverable prioritization
Develops metrics and monitors performance of work within assigned program
Collects, consolidates and analyzes work completion information to determine overall trend
Develops and delivers presentations on program status, risk and corrective measures to leaders of various levels, including executives
Leads or participates in process improvement initiatives for program management

Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Job-related experience, 10 years
Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience (Desired)
PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification (Desired)
