Responsible for supplier relationship management of critical system integration partners
Manages complex contracts and change order terms
Develops complex scorecards to assess contract performance
Independently facilitates vendor performance discussions
Negotiates major dispute settlements with internal stakeholders
Creates new approaches and tools to solve complex problems
Leads cross-functional projects or process improvement initiatives
Provides quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) oversight
Keeps track of program contracts and associated obligations
Conducts audits and inspections to verify compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Seven (7) years of direct experience in a similar role
Ability to navigate complex sourcing strategies and contract compliance
Experience managing sophisticated contracts to minimize value leakage
Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or related
Experience with quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC)
Experience with process development, review, and continuous improvement
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of federal, state, regulatory, and local laws impacting gas or electric operations.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and contract information systems.
