Lead initiatives to define, implement, and optimize performance measurement frameworks across Electric Risk and Compliance.
Align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and maturity metrics with strategic objectives, regulatory expectations, and operational priorities.
Collaborate closely with Data Analysis and Tools teams to ensure proper data gathering and validation.
Identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate problem-solving sessions when metrics and KPIs are offtrack.
Architect and deliver data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present performance results.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business
8 years of related experience or equivalent
Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline (desired)
10+ years of experience in program management, integrated planning, or increasingly responsible business roles, including developing performance metrics
Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable KPIs and performance frameworks
Experience developing and presenting executive level reports and scorecards
Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience working with compliance frameworks and regulatory bodies
Demonstrated ability to build cross functional partnerships and drive enterprise wide initiatives
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Professional Engineer (P.E.)
