About the role

  • Design, maintain, and continuously enhance the regulatory insight framework, including standards, taxonomies, workflows, and governance protocols
  • Integrate regulatory obligations, compliance maturity expectations, operational risk indicators, and performance insights into a unified ecosystem that supports enterprise decision-making
  • Drive methodological consistency across insight-generation activities, including horizon scanning, risk signal interpretation, issue triangulation, and trend synthesis
  • Collaborate with Strategy team on structured monitoring of emerging regulatory requirements, enforcement actions, industry trends, operational risks, and compliance signals
  • Translate fragmented, complex, or ambiguous inputs into clear intelligence summaries that articulate implications, urgency, cross-functional impacts, and recommended actions
  • Partner with Compliance Strategy, Governance, Operations, Risk, Regulatory Affairs, and Law to validate interpretations and ensure aligned enterprise messaging
  • Develop and steward repeatable insight products such as risk and compliance briefs, intelligence updates, regulatory summaries, and executive-prepared narratives
  • Maintain documentation of insight-generation processes, definitions, methods, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
  • 8 years of related equivalent experience
  • PhD or Master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (desired)
  • Demonstrated ability to identify trends across large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in visual management and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience integrating insights into compliance strategy, performance improvement, risk mitigation, and operational decision processes
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functions and influence enterprise wide understanding and priorities
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.)
