Design, maintain, and continuously enhance the regulatory insight framework, including standards, taxonomies, workflows, and governance protocols.
Integrate regulatory obligations, compliance maturity expectations, operational risk indicators, and performance insights into a unified ecosystem that supports enterprise decision-making.
Drive methodological consistency across insight-generation activities, including horizon scanning, risk signal interpretation, issue triangulation, and trend synthesis.
Collaborate with Strategy team on structured monitoring of emerging regulatory requirements, enforcement actions, industry trends, operational risks, and compliance signals.
Translate fragmented, complex, or ambiguous inputs into clear intelligence summaries.
Partner with Compliance Strategy, Governance, Operations, Risk, Regulatory Affairs, and Law to validate interpretations and ensure aligned enterprise messaging.
Develop and steward repeatable insight products such as risk and compliance briefs, intelligence updates, regulatory summaries, and executive-prepared narratives.
Lead cross-functional sessions to synthesize insights, align interpretations, define implications, and establish shared understanding across compliance, operations, and governance teams.
Maintain documentation of insight-generation processes, definitions, methods, and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
8 years of related equivalent experience
PhD or Master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (desired)
Demonstrated ability to identify trends across large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in visual management and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience integrating insights into compliance strategy, performance improvement, risk mitigation, and operational decision processes
Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functions and influence enterprise wide understanding and priorities
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) (desired)
Lean Six Sigma Certification (desired)
Project Management Professional (PMP) (desired)
Professional Engineer (P.E.) (desired)
