Architect, build, and optimize SQL Server database structures, including tables, stored procedures, functions, and indexes
Leads the development and maintenance of advanced SSIS packages to support data integration, migration, and transformation projects
Ensures data accuracy, reliability, and performance across ETL workflows and integrated systems
Develops interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using SSRS, and Power BI to support organizational decision-making
Performs comprehensive systems analysis, gathers requirements, and translates business needs into technical solutions
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves complex application, database, and ETL issues to ensure system stability and continuity
Provides technical expertise, documentation, and guidance to internal teams and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
Job-related experience, 6 years
Executive Leadership presentation delivery: Skilled in Power Point presentation development
Collaborate with technical teams to design cloud-ready solutions and support application modernization initiatives
Develop and support secure, scalable RESTful APIs for system integration and data exchange
Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, application architectures, data models, API specifications, and integration workflows
Contact Center operational knowledge with emphasis in Cisco ACD Platform
