Define and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with compliance and risk priorities
Establish governance frameworks for data integrity, quality assurance, and ethical AI use
Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and reporting efficiency
Lead development of predictive and prescriptive models to identify compliance risks and emerging trends
Implement AI/ML tools for anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and automated insights
Deliver compelling dashboards and executive-ready presentations using BI tools
Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and visualization specialists

Requirements

BA/BS in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
8 years of experience with electric utility or related programs
5 years of experience as a program or project manager
Master’s degree in a technical or legal field (desired)
10+ years of experience in compliance, analytics, or performance reporting (desired)
Strong expertise in data storytelling, visual management, and executive communication
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory bodies
Experience implementing Lean Visual Management in a regulated environment
Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and presentation design
Working knowledge of SQL and data governance concepts
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in compliance analytics
Certification as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Lean Six Sigma Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Professional Engineer (P.E.) (desired)
