About the role

  • Supports daily, weekly, and monthly operating reviews with LCCE leadership , leveraging strong executive presence to communicate insights, influence decisions, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinates cross-functional resources and interdependencies across PMO, RSM, and enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring program cohesion and timely delivery.
  • Communicates program and project status clearly and professionally to stakeholders at all levels through both verbal updates and executive-ready written reports.
  • Eager to support broader strategic initiatives , contributing ideas, energy, and structure to high-impact programs beyond core responsibilities.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Design, or equivalent work experience
  • Critical thinker who takes initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work with many personality types
  • Intermediate level of experience utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and an understanding of visual hierarchy
  • Analytical with proven ability to conduct data analysis that drives decisions and supports data storytelling
  • Project and/or process management experience
  • Experience in change management, or related, enterprise-wide
  • Experience in utility industry, including multiple functional areas
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
