💰 $125,000 - $215,000 per year
About the role
- Manages teams involved in maintaining or building parts, command & control outage response, and monitoring and restoration efforts of the system-wide service territory distribution grid.
- Provides safe and reliable electric service while maintaining compliance with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) General Orders.
- Analyzes and prioritizes outages to determine most efficient restoration needs.
- Implements safety policies and best practices and manages employee’s accountability.
- Ensures full compliance with the Injury & Illness Prevention Programs.
- Oversees activities to ensure safe, efficient, and effective planning and coordination of work to meet business priorities.
- Supports the execution team including coordination, tracking and reporting progress on the work plan as needed.
Requirements
- High-School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, field maintenance operations, or related electric utility experience
- Must obtain a California Driver’s License by first day of employment
- Advanced qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills
- Subject matter expertise in project/work scheduling concepts, methods, and practices
- Strong financial acumen and capital expense budgeting knowledge
- Project management skills to lead large complex projects
- Advanced technical skills using systems and applications such as SAP Work Management, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), Primavera, SQL Server, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
