Manages teams involved in maintaining or building parts, command & control outage response, and monitoring and restoration efforts of the system-wide service territory distribution grid.
Provides safe and reliable electric service while maintaining compliance with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) General Orders.
Analyzes and prioritizes outages to determine most efficient restoration needs.
Implements safety policies and best practices and manages employee’s accountability.
Ensures full compliance with the Injury & Illness Prevention Programs.
Oversees activities to ensure safe, efficient, and effective planning and coordination of work to meet business priorities.
Supports the execution team including coordination, tracking and reporting progress on the work plan as needed.

Requirements

High-School Diploma or GED
Minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, field maintenance operations, or related electric utility experience
Must obtain a California Driver’s License by first day of employment
Advanced qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills
Subject matter expertise in project/work scheduling concepts, methods, and practices
Strong financial acumen and capital expense budgeting knowledge
Project management skills to lead large complex projects
Advanced technical skills using systems and applications such as SAP Work Management, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), Primavera, SQL Server, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
