- Oversee all FERC Part 12D inspections of hydroelectric dams
- Manage the overall program across multiple hydro operations areas
- Ensure program is operating effectively
- Develop, measure, and report on program success
- Partner with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with requirements
- Manage SAP work as assigned
- Coordinate meetings and inspection logistics for site inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent
- Master’s degree (desired)
- PMP Certification (desired)
- Advanced knowledge of Program Management
- Ability to influence leaders through data analysis and insights
- Ability to lead large and complex projects
- Ability to create compelling business cases
