About the role
- Develops and implements capital projects for the electric substation portfolio including asset health, reliability, capacity and other projects
- Supports scoping and manages developments of short and long-term-strategy project proposals for substation and infrastructure.
- Manages staff to accomplish results through effective recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition.
- Manages Supervisors or Professional employees.
- Oversees the engineers tasked with creating plans for specific assets.
- Ensures annual and strategy documents are completed and updated.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of engineering experience, including experience with cycle time planning of assets and strategy related to infrastructure asset development
- Desired: Masters Degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- PE-Professional Engineer license
