About the role
- Develops and implements capital projects for the electric transmission portfolio including asset health, reliability, capacity and other projects
- Supports scoping and development of short and long-term-strategy project proposals for transmission and infrastructure.
- Manages staff to accomplish results through effective recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition.
- Manages Supervisors and or Professional employees.
- Oversees the engineers tasked with creating plans for specific assets.
- Ensures documents are completed and updated.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of engineering experience, including experience with cycle time planning of assets and strategy related to infrastructure asset development
- Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience (desired)
- PE-Professional Engineer license (desired)
