About the role
- Support the development and delivery of high-quality data responses of moderate to high complexity
- Work with subject matter experts on the development of data responses, which include but are not limited to communications materials, legal investigations, CPUC data requests, regulatory proceedings, and media requests.
- Provide insight into implications and make recommendations of possible courses of action.
- Communicate effectively on response strategy and status with company management or with key stakeholders, using established tracking tools and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of job-related experience
- Proficient experience in research, writing, editing, and analyzing information.
- Proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and relationship building skills with particular emphasis on influence leading and conflict management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including oral presentation and public speaking skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics, engineering, political science, or a related discipline with a strong analytical component.
- Ability to apply project management theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory and litigation processes.
- Competency in making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems in a deadline-driven environment.
- Competency in developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Experience in communication, analysis, project management, and regulatory matters.
- Experience with the management and/or administration of regulatory and customer service issues.
- Experience in Electric Operations or Compliance.
