About the role

  • Responsible for handling assigned Pace Analytical Services Accounts and financial targets
  • Maintains revenue from existing assigned accounts to reduce attrition
  • Generates new revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders and providing technical information
  • Assesses/qualifies inbound leads and potentially wins new business
  • Develops sales opportunities by identifying potential accounts and building rapport
  • Follows a robust standard operation procedure to log all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
  • Two (2) years of professional experience in environmental services/laboratory operations; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Intermediate to complex principles, practices, and techniques of sales effectiveness
  • Technical understanding of Pace's products and services
  • Intermediate to complex methods to resolve sales and customer problems, questions, and concerns
