About the role
- Oversee the creation and submission of business proposals
- Ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and aligned with client’s needs and company’s offerings
- Support with the contracting process and execution after project award
- Develop and Coordinate Proposal Budgets
- Ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the project budget tool (GRID)
- Maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) and other systems for proposal documentation
- Create and maintain a library of proposal content, templates, and graphics
- Draft initial client contracts on award of a project
- Perform quality control edits on all budgets and contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field
- 2-3 years direct experience in Proposals or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Expert in spreadsheet tools (including excel) and financial modelling
- Strong analytical skills
- Clear and Concise Communication
- Adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Time Management skills
- Attention to Quality: English proficiency
