About the role
- Independently lead high-impact digitalization projects in the area of business software, with a focus on payroll, HR process optimization and further development
- Support the continuous improvement of existing HR workflows and contribute to increased efficiency across organizations
- Analyze and optimize business processes in a variety of industries
- Advise and accompany organizations from project initiation through to completion, with particular attention to HR requirements
- Organize and lead workshops and training sessions on HR processes and digital solutions
- Maintain and further develop ERP systems
- Proactively contribute your expertise and act as a point of contact for digital processes
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and well involved throughout projects
- Actively participate in the implementation and support of new digital products
Requirements
- Professional experience in HR/payroll or a strong technical profile with pronounced IT affinity
- Completed commercial training, a technical IT background or an equivalent qualification
- Further education in business informatics or business administration at HF (advanced vocational) or FH (University of Applied Sciences) level, or an equivalent qualification
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, process optimization and the continued development of HR workflows
- Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
