About the role

  • Support in the implementation, further development and optimization of processes and business software applications
  • Act as the interface between business departments, IT and external partners
  • Take on (partial) project management responsibilities and provide client consulting/support
  • Additionally participate in application support

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or vocational training as an IT specialist, plus further education/studies in Business Information Systems or equivalent (FH, HF, University)
  • Initial professional experience with ERP systems, IT support, IT project management (or similar/related roles)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technical interrelationships
  • Keen interest in IT and the digitalization of business processes
  • Careful and solution-oriented working style
