About the role

  • You handle incidents in 2nd to 3rd level support and find efficient solutions
  • You analyze and resolve more complex technical issues
  • You resolve incidents directly by phone, via remote access, or on site
  • You manage infrastructure, including servers and networks
  • You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., guides)
  • You handle user and permission management
  • You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders in the company

Requirements

  • Completed education in IT/computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server as well as M365/Azure
  • Proven professional experience in ICT support
  • Category B driving licence is an advantage
  • German spoken and written (C1)
  • English at least intermediate (B2)
