About the role
- You handle incidents in 2nd to 3rd level support and find efficient solutions
- You analyze and resolve more complex technical issues
- You resolve incidents directly by phone, via remote access, or on site
- You manage infrastructure, including servers and networks
- You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., guides)
- You handle user and permission management
- You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders in the company
Requirements
- Completed education in IT/computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of Windows Server as well as M365/Azure
- Proven professional experience in ICT support
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
- German spoken and written (C1)
- English at least intermediate (B2)
