About the role

  • You lead the further development of core business applications
  • You work closely with business stakeholders
  • You lead and coordinate application-related projects
  • You support continuous improvement initiatives for processes and digital solutions
  • You implement and maintain API integrations between business applications
  • You also assist with 2nd-level support and coordinate 3rd-level support with internal or external service providers
  • You plan and conduct user training
  • You support license management and the evaluation of new IT applications

Requirements

  • Completed education or further training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration (HF/FH)
  • Professional experience in application management
  • Good knowledge of SQL and databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL)
  • Solid professional experience with Business Central, Abacus and/or other integrated systems
  • Ideally, business experience (e.g., finance, ERP/inventory management or similar)
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2); French is an advantage
