About the role

  • You handle incidents at 2nd- to 3rd-level support and find efficient solutions
  • You analyze and resolve more complex technical issues
  • You troubleshoot incidents directly via phone, remote access, or on-site
  • You take care of infrastructure, servers, and networks
  • You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., manuals and guides)
  • You manage user and permissions administration
  • You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders within the company

Requirements

  • Completed training in IT or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and M365/Azure
  • Demonstrated professional experience in ICT support
  • Category B driving license is an advantage
  • German, spoken and written (C1)
  • English, at least level B2
