About the role
- You handle incidents at 2nd- to 3rd-level support and find efficient solutions
- You analyze and resolve more complex technical issues
- You troubleshoot incidents directly via phone, remote access, or on-site
- You take care of infrastructure, servers, and networks
- You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., manuals and guides)
- You manage user and permissions administration
- You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders within the company
Requirements
- Completed training in IT or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of Windows Server and M365/Azure
- Demonstrated professional experience in ICT support
- Category B driving license is an advantage
- German, spoken and written (C1)
- English, at least level B2
