About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for your business units on HR matters and provide comprehensive support across the entire employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and development through to offboarding.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: You design the candidate journey — from approaching potential talent to successfully integrating new team members. You use modern recruiting methods such as active sourcing, conduct interviews, and manage the entire selection process. You ensure that new employees experience a structured and professional onboarding.
  • Employee Development: You support our performance feedback conversations and assist team leads in deriving development measures for their employees. With creative ideas, you help evolve existing formats such as regular 1:1s and feedback rounds. At the same time, you advise and support employees to promote their professional development and efficiently organize training offerings.
  • HR Administration & Processes: You are responsible for maintaining our digital personnel files and ensuring that HR documents are always up to date and complete. In addition, you optimize existing HR processes and drive digitalization in the HR area. Your experience working with our HR software Personio provides valuable input for efficiently designing operational workflows.
  • Payroll: You handle preparatory payroll tasks and ensure that all relevant data are processed accurately and on time. You coordinate with the business units and ensure smooth communication with our external service provider.

Requirements

  • You have already gained solid professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Ideally, you have worked in an IT or technology-focused company and understand the requirements of dynamic, growing teams.
  • You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., as a Personnel Services Clerk) or hold a degree with a focus on human resources — or can demonstrate an equivalent qualification.
  • You bring a high level of organizational talent, work in a structured way, and enjoy making processes more efficient and introducing new standards.
  • Your excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, enable you to act confidently in your area of responsibility.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, keep an overview even when priorities change, and approach new tasks with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You are eager to use AI tools in your daily work and use them to scale preparation, analyses, and processes.
  • As a true team player, you support team leads and employees at every stage of the employee lifecycle and ensure comprehensive handling of HR-related matters.
  • You are able to collaborate with different departments and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
