  • You are familiar with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • You identify problems and optimization potential before others do and act independently.
  • You approach problems in a structured and sustainable manner.
  • You manage your time effectively and set clear priorities.
  • You have a very good command of both German and English and can explain technical topics clearly — whether to IT professionals or non-technical users.
  • You are curious about new technologies and eager to actively integrate and further develop AI tools in your daily work.
