About the role
- You actively acquire new customers in the pharmaceutical and medical technology (medtech) sectors.
- You handle inquiries to find suitable solutions for their needs.
- You identify the best use cases for our SaaS solutions and consulting services.
- You develop and implement sales strategies.
- You manage the sales pipeline for large deals and identify potential bottlenecks early.
- You take responsibility for the entire tender/RFP process of complex projects.
- Measuring success and regular reporting with a focus on KPIs are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, account management, or consulting for B2B SaaS solutions, ideally with exposure to SAP or the life sciences sector.
- Passion for sales and building customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills and a true team player.
- Negotiation skills and confident use of CRM tools.
- Ideally a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, a natural science, or a related field.
- Comfortable presenting and communicating in both German and English.
