About the role

  • You actively acquire new customers in the pharmaceutical and medical technology (medtech) sectors.
  • You handle inquiries to find suitable solutions for their needs.
  • You identify the best use cases for our SaaS solutions and consulting services.
  • You develop and implement sales strategies.
  • You manage the sales pipeline for large deals and identify potential bottlenecks early.
  • You take responsibility for the entire tender/RFP process of complex projects.
  • Measuring success and regular reporting with a focus on KPIs are also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, or consulting for B2B SaaS solutions, ideally with exposure to SAP or the life sciences sector.
  • Passion for sales and building customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and a true team player.
  • Negotiation skills and confident use of CRM tools.
  • Ideally a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, a natural science, or a related field.
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating in both German and English.
