Supervise all operational activities on the site and the services provided at industrial client facilities
Organize and coordinate activities related to industrial packaging, logistics operations and associated services
Implement and monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, on-time delivery)
Ensure the qualitative and quantitative performance of the teams
Drive the site's quality and safety initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, ideally in transport, logistics or industrial management
Minimum 5 years' professional experience in a similar role, including autonomous management of a small-scale operation or profit center
Significant experience managing operational teams
Good understanding of industrial and logistics environments
Ability to manage operations using performance indicators
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and, ideally, a management ERP
