About the role

  • Overall operational management
  • Organize, structure and manage all landscaping design and maintenance activities
  • Plan sites and works by optimizing human, equipment and logistical resources
  • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, compliance with contractual deadlines and achievement of profitability targets
  • Implement monitoring tools and provide regular reporting to Management
  • Lead, motivate and unite field teams, site supervisors and support functions related to operations
  • Set operational priorities and ensure coordination between departments
  • Support skills development of teams and promote close, hands‑on management
  • Manage performance indicators: margins, productivity, project progress and profitability
  • Oversee invoicing, administrative follow-up and financial close-out of operations
  • Serve as the primary client contact for high-stakes projects
  • Implement and enforce Health, Safety and Environmental policies across all sites

Requirements

  • Degree in landscape design, land development, civil works or equivalent professional experience
  • Significant experience in site/project management and running operational activities
  • Background in landscaping highly valued; candidates from construction/civil engineering (BTP/TP) with a genuine sensitivity to landscaping are also welcome
  • Proven experience managing operational teams
