About the role
- Secure operations
- Plan and execute transfers of sensitive equipment between secured sites
- Ensure continuity of security: loading docks, red zones, elevators, transition points
- Strictly enforce access rules (badges, escorts, secure doors)
- Respect the “Golden Rules”: immediate stop if there is any security doubt
- Lead on-site operations
- Supervise critical phases: unloading, staging, unpacking, movement and final installation of racks
- Use and control material handling equipment (manual/electric pallet trucks, tow tractors, ramps, transition plates)
- Implement floor protections, stabilizers and other securing equipment
- Perform pre-mission checks (PPE, equipment, procedures, RAMS)
- Ensure post-operation documentation compliance (checklists, proof of execution, incident reporting)
- Maintain clear communication with security teams and site coordinators
Requirements
- Experience in constrained or regulated environments (military, law enforcement, security, sensitive logistics, critical industry…)
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed written procedures without deviation
- Good understanding of physical security concerns (access control, restricted areas, escorts)
- Comfortable with supervised handling tasks (training on equipment can be provided)
- Operational English is a plus for on-site coordination
